  I went in for an infected piercing and the entire staff was dismissive and condescending. I was cooperative, thorough and honest and was not treated likewise. They removed the jewelry and drained it, none of which I objected to, but it was extremely painful and yes, I expressed that it was painful but did not attempt to stop them. The doctor left exasperated (why?) and a nurse came in with an antibiotic prescription. I have an abscess about the size of a ping pong ball in my stomach and everything on the internet says to seek care if it's bigger than a 1/2 centimeter, and that antibiotics alone cannot treat abscesses. The entire lower half of my stomach is red and hot to the touch and not one of the staff suggested I follow up with my primary physician or visit the emergency room. Why do you guys suck so much
